Portrait of a seated guest in natural light

Portraitsfor your wedding guests

Instead of a wedding favour…

A portrait,
the gift that stays

Wedding favours often end up in a drawer. A framed portrait stays in the home for years, and every time your guests look at it, they think back to that evening.

During the aperitivo I photograph your guests: couples, families, friends. True, elegant portraits, with no forced poses. During dinner I print and frame them. At the end of the evening, everyone takes their own home.

No favours to choose months ahead, no boxes to prepare. Just a keepsake that truly matters.

How it works

All in one evening

The bride in the morning light

Aperitivo

During the aperitivo

The portraits

In a carefully chosen corner, in the most beautiful light of the venue, I photograph your guests. A few minutes each is enough, without taking them away from the party.

Prints and frames

I select and edit every image, print it on site in 10×15 on photographic paper, with a mount, and frame it, with my assistant.

The gift

The little gallery

The framed portraits wait for the guests on a table by the exit, like a small exhibition. Everyone finds their own and takes it home.

Timing and organisation are planned together, based on the number of guests and portraits.

Discreetly

Alongside your photographer, not in their place

A wedding photographer since 2009: I know where to stand and when to step aside. The service works alongside your photographer and videographer without overlapping.

Let’s talk →
✓

Only the guests

I don’t photograph the ceremony or your moments: those stay with your photographer and videographer.

✓

Coordinated with everyone

I agree everything beforehand with the wedding planner, the venue and the main photographer, so nobody gets in anyone’s way.

✓

Minimal space

I need a bright corner for the portraits and, during dinner, a small table near a power socket.

✓

Nothing for you to worry about

I bring everything: equipment, printer, paper, frames. All you have to do is enjoy the party.

The service

What’s included

One complete service, tailored to the number of your guests. I prepare a proposal after listening to you.

I choose and edit every image, one by one, before printing it.

03

Printed on site

10×15 on photographic paper, with a mount.

04

A frame for every portrait

Chosen together to match the style of your wedding: natural wood, thin black or ivory.

05

An assistant

For printing and setting up, while I keep photographing.

06

The gallery table

Set up at the end of the evening, ready for the guests as they leave.

A tip

Tell your guests with a line in the programme or on the invitation: guests who know the portrait is their gift enjoy the moment even more.

An embrace in black and white

“Your guests feel
seen, one by one.
It is a beautiful way
to thank them.”

Your domande

We already have a photographer: is that a problem?

Not at all. The service is designed to work alongside your photographer and videographer: I only take care of the guest portraits, and I coordinate with them before the wedding.

How many guests can you photograph?

It depends on the number of guests and how long the aperitivo lasts. We plan it together beforehand, so I know exactly how to organise myself.

How much time does each guest need?

Just a few minutes. The portrait is taken during the aperitivo, without taking anyone away from the party.

What size are the prints?

10×15 on photographic paper, with a mount, in a frame chosen together to match the style of your wedding.

How much space do you need at the venue?

A bright corner for the portraits and, during dinner, a small table near a power socket. I take care of the rest.

How much does it cost?

It depends mainly on the number of guests. Tell me about your wedding and I will prepare a tailored proposal.
